Four rimmed oval faces on various sides of a block; largest is on top sloping surface, two are on sides which slope in slightly, and one is on top, right side of surface opposite largest. All have small oval eyes, triangular noses and crescent-shaped mouth. Mottled, veined stone. Sticker reads '#559'.
Creature lying down with an oval head aligned vertically and facing forward. Features include oval eyes and mouth, a wide nose, lines indicating hair on top of the creature's head, and a goatee below its chin that curves outwards. Thick arms at sides end in uneven hand-like appendages. The figure's sloping back ends in a channelled, wing-like section with a line dividing it from the body. Stickers on bottom read '146', and 'b 39' and '#394 c.d. Saggiak'.
Stylized seated figure with exaggerated facial features is behind and holding a creature with a larger flowing face and amorphous body beneath. Seated figure has two legs on either side of creature's feet. On one side they are propped against the creature's face. Seated figure has an exaggerated grin with two teeth rows, triangular nose with triangular nostrils, large oval eyes with round centres and a short forehead with head continuing straight into curved back. Creature has a lozenge-shaped forehead flowing back into seated figure, large eyes as in figure, similar nose and v-shaped mouth. Feature details are in light grey, unpolished stone, the rest of the sculpture is coated with a shellac-like resin. 'Isah Sheeg 77 55664 f' and a copyright mark are inscribed on the bottom. Some nicks and scratches show light grey.
Standing seal holding a smaller seal with front flippers. Smaller seal is holding front and back flippers out in front. Both heads are rounded on top with flattened snouts, oval eyes and mouth on underside. Larger seal has larger nostrils and oval ears (?). Flippers have finger-like edges. Base is rough and lighter grey. Inscription on bottom reads '5-45373', a copyright symbol and '76'. A sticker reads '#5'.
Hunter in a kayak with three caribou heads and shoulders emerging from a flat platform. Platform is rounded on the corners, three sides are relatively straight and the fourth is angled. The hunter holds an antler paddle (part b) in one hand and a copper tipped, antler spear, poised to throw, in the other. His hood is down and his hair is indicated by fine lines. Caribou each have two removable antlers (parts c-h), rounded snouts, dots for eyes and small upright ears. Two parallel zigzag lines run across platform in front of front two cariboo, indicating water movement. V-shaped parallel lines radiate from third caribou and kayak. Unsigned.
Stylized fish with large dorsal fin area, same details on either side. Oval head tapers to back. Dorsal fin has three points with slightly concave edge, in profile view, between points. There is an incised line in front each point with a row of dots following in from line. Straight line at mouth, large round eye and curved gill at bottom. Five horizontal lines extend back from gill. Characters, #588 and '78 with a copy right mark are inscribed on the bottom.
Figure kneeling on one leg in front of a round hole in a flat rectangular platform (a) a smaller figure also kneels beside the hole. The larger figure is dressed in a parka with the hood down. His hair is indicated by a series of lines. Facial features include curved ears, a long straight nose, deep, small oval eyes and a small straight mouth. In his raised right hand he holds a leister spear (e) with a wooden shaft and three ivory prongs (g) attached to the shaft with wrapped thread. The leister holds a fish (part b). In the other hand he holds an ivory jig hook on a thread, tied to a wooden handle (d). The smaller figure has his hood up and similar facial features as the larger figure. A separate spoon (c) has a detachable wooden handle (f). Disc number inscribed on bottom reads E8 503.
Half-human, half-fish lying on side with head propped up with one arm. The other arm lies from top across torso. Body is long and slender in cross-section, raising and constricting before tail fluke. Fluke is concave along end. Irregular shaped head with indistinct features. Mottled stone has a series of longitudinal white fissures.
Standing bird with short wing on one side and an outstretched mittened arm on the other. Head is flat on top with short, curved beak and oval eyes with round centres. Body and legs are squat, plump and rounded. Four-clawed, widely spaced feet. Wing edge is denticulated. Three characters are incised on the bottom. Mottled green stone is highly polished.
Stylized bird on back or behind head of owl-like bird with large round incised eyes on either side of a small hooked beak and small, round, indistinct mouth. Head is roughly a rounded square. Second bird is behind with head above. It has a tapering, pointed beak and oval eyes. Curved lines indicate wings on either side. A series of roughly parallel vertical lines at back, bottom indicate tail. Deeply notched line on either side divides tail from wings. One side bulges out, the other side has an arm-like section with hand or paw, behind owl-like bird's left eye. Mottled green stone with yellow-green areas on back.
