Stamped decoration includes scalloped red and green floral pattern. Gilt hand painted on rim. Maker's Mark: ENGLAND W.H. GRINDLEY & CO. Maker's Mark: O&E.G. ROYAL AUSTRIA Maker's Mark indicates this was made by Oscar and Edgar Gutherz in Alt-Kohlaw, Austria. Brown and orange discoloration on top and bottom surfaces. J.
