Day of the Dead figure. Figure depicts a skeleton holding a bottle of Sauza brand tequila. The skeleton has white hair, made from a cotton ball, and its head is attached to its body via a metal spring. The skeleton's clothes are painted on, and consist of a red dress and black shoes. Three rows of white dots decorate the skirt. The skeleton is standing on a square, dark green base.

White dots are painted up the length of both pant legs. The skeleton is wearing a black sombrero with a wide brim and pointed cap, as well as a red sash over its left shoulder. A gold pouch rests against its right hip. The skeleton is standing on a thin, red, rectangular base. Its head is attached to its body via a thin metal rod.

Mola blouse. Body of blouse composed of red cotton with multi-coloured mola panels; upper bodice area and the short sleeves are made of undecorated purple velveteen material, with a red cotton border around the neckline. Both front and back are similar in design. On the front is written,'K SNIJBONEN', and SAN BLAS' down the sides of the panel. There is a tie at the neck.

Small square folded bag with woven strap, tied at apex with two small braids extending from either strap. Two large dark blue tassels are attached to each lower corner. The edging on three sides is dark blue. The central design is composed of repeating triple diamond pattern in orange, dark blue, and dark red on a green background. Strap is dark blue with a vertical band of orange bordered by blue, and flecks of red; folded in half along length; ends stitched to upper corners of bag.

Small square folded bag with woven strap, tied at apex. Three yellow, dark blue, dark pink and dark green double pompoms are attached to each lower corner and at centre. The edging on three sides is dark green. The central design is composed of a peyote flower pattern in light blue, dark pink and yellow on a green background. Strap is alternating sections of dark pink and dark green, with lines of light blue across; folded in half along length; ends stitched to upper corners of bag. There are two snap closures inside the bag.

Three dark pink, dark green, yellow and neon orange double pompoms are attached to each lower corner and the centre. The edging on three sides is orange. The central design is on a neon pink background and is composed of repeating M to W-shaped zigzags in dark blue outlined in orange. Strap has alternating sections of pink and orange, with repeating sections of four thin red lines through and red edging; folded in half along length; ends stitched to upper corners of bag. There are two snap closures inside the bag.

The central design is composed of repeating eight-petal lilac purple flowers and an S-shape pattern in yellow and dark pink, on a green background. Strap is dark pink and dark blue with a horizontal band of repeating S-shapes in yellow; folded in half along length; ends stitched to upper corners of bag. There are two snap closures inside the bag.

Small square folded bag with woven strap, tied off-centre from apex. A large neon yellow tassel is attached to each lower corner. The edging on three sides is neon yellow. The central design is composed of repeating star pattern in neon yellow, dark green, and neon pink. Strap is yellow with a pink zigzag flanked by two bands of pink running lengthwise; folded in half along length; ends stitched to upper corners of bag.

Multi-coloured, embroidered, pillbox style cap. Three bands of designs along the sides. Top and bottom bands are black with crosshatching designs overtop. Small section of diagonal lines at front of bands. Middle band made up of checkerboard pattern broken up by two small sections with separate designs. Small square section towards front of cap has a bird-like figure inside it. Figure done in neon green, background is neon blue. To right of square is a small rectangular section with an abstract design inside it. Design done in blue-grey, orange and white. Top of cap has beige centre with a small knob. Vertical bands with assortment of crosshatching, diagonal lines and triangle designs overtop surround beige centre. Colours used for all design elements are: green, yellow, blue-grey, dark red, neon blue, neon green, orange, white, black and red. Interior of cap lined with light blue cotton.

Woven bodice (part a) with embroidered band across top. At centre, there is a white diamond, with the diamond shape radiating out from the centre in black and white sideways V's. Two black fabric shoulder straps are sewn on one end, and pinned in place by safety pins on the back. The upper section of the bodice fastens at the back with metal hook and clasps, leaving the bottom fabric open and drapey. The headband (part b) matches the embroidery on the bodice. It is composed of two pieces of fabric with bilaterally symmetrical designs, stitched together on one end, and attached by three small pieces of black elastic strap on the other. The interior is lined with black fabric. A typed label with the name "Deirdre Parkes" is stitched to the lining of the front, centre.
