Large oval argillite platter with shell inlay around the top of the outer edge. The centre of the platter is concave and completely covered with a design of a large, central, sculpin face, with a human on each side of it in profile, facing inward. The rim had sixteen evenly spaced oval shell inlays, but seven shells holes are empty.
Carved argillite brooch, flattened, cutout shape in a bird design. A pin clasp closure is attached on the reverse. Artist inscription on reverse.
Wooden figure carved and painted in a caricature-like depiction of St. Anthony holding a small person on his arm. Both figures have light pink skin. They have black hair, large circular eyes, red lips and nails. They both wear a brown robe with a white waist tie and black shoe. The figure stands on a green circular base with white writing.
Black leather shoes (parts e-f) with a tall, wide heel and a squared toe. The bottoms have a horizontally incised, jagged rubber front sole and a flat back sole that is nailed to the heel. The inside is lined with green fabric and brown leather. There are blue pen markings on the inside heel.
Flower brooch with pink coloured petals made out of small shells placed in a circle. Has a green coloured fibre wrapped stem with a pin attached to its back and is attached to piece of yellow-brown cardboard.
Wooden box with painted paper glued to exterior then covered with varnish. Bottom has green paper. Around the edges is a gold, black and red floral design band. Top has battle scene of men on horseback. The front and back sides have an image of a procession of men in the desert with hills, grass and background of houses and trees. The ends show a ruler sitting in a temple accompanied by ten attendants in tall black hats. All images are drawn flat. The men’s dress is simple, varying from long robes to short tunics and long boots. The men are shaved, bearded or mustached. Inside the box is lined with paper consisting of blue, silver and white floral print. Two black cloth straps hold the lid and are attached in place by thumb tacks. Adhered with tape are two handwritten notes on Darius and Horus.
