Belt2833/26

Grey-white and black cotton belt with horizontal stripes embroidered over with geometric designs in bright multi-coloured yarn: diamonds and triangles at one end, animals, plant shapes, and multicoloured polka dots at another end. Both ends are finished with twisted multi-coloured cords that are roughly tied together and end in yarn wrapped discs in multiple colours.

Long red sash made of tightly woven cotton. Bordered on ends with fine knotting and twelve large pompoms at each end: 9 red, 2 green, 1 yellow-white. One densely embroidered section 56cm from one end. Embroidered section is 43.5 x 20 cm. Multi-coloured diamond and V shapes, some with striped centres. Section bordered on each side by 3 standing birds with wings outstretched and heads in profile.

Tightly woven green belt with three purple horizontal pinstripes. Decorated with eleven evenly spaced vertical bands of embroidery in multiple colours containing double or triple vertical rows of zigzag design - each section is three zigzags deep. Each section of embroidery is 5.3 x 2.7cm. No embroidery on the reverse side.

Mask2821/3

Male face mask in a Moorish style with black beard and blue and red headdress. The headdress has three stick like protrusions, with knobbed ends, coming out from the sides and centre of forehead. The sticks are painted with spiralling stripes of red, yellow, black green, and blue, with ribbon streamers of red and yellow tied to the ends. The face of the man is yellow-white with pink forehead and cheeks, red lips, and green eyes. The pupils and nostrils are open holes.
