The shaft is of plain cane. The base and the end of the shaft are wrapped with thin cane strips. The point is plain wood decorated with an 8 cm. sleeve of brown and yellow grass. The 19 cm. tip of the point has seven irregular barbs, and the very tip is wrapped with cane strip.

Part of the arrow point is unwrapped and hard wood is exposed while the rest of the point is multi-barbed with carved splinters of bone attached by cane fibre wrapping to the point.
