Light brown-coloured long tubular flute with sharply angled tapered mouthpiece. Opening for air is incised near mouthpiece and two round holes are in centre of the body. At the mouthpiece, a small opening is made by the addition of a small piece of wood. Other end of flute has a slightly hollowed out circular cut in its base.

Standing masked figure wearing a long, conical mask. The figure has a thick twine-like fringe around the neck and wears a long two-tiered fringe skirt. The main body is stuffed and covered in crocheted pink, blue, and white alternating stripes. Head and hat are painted black, with white ellipses for the mouth and eyes, and white and brown crisscrossing patterns on the hat--hat has a tasseled string dangling from the point. The figure is mounted on a flat, square wooden base.

A relatively flat brown wood mask with a downturned slightly open mouth, semi-oval slits for the eyes, black upraised eyebrows, and a flat elongated nose with the nostrils cut out. Black paint for the moustache, goatee and two dark semi-circles for the hair. Two pin-like wood protrusions angled away from each other in the middle of the forehead. Fibre tied at the back.

Fertility Figure771/49

Fertility figure (akuaba) with a flat, disc-shaped head. Carved from brown wood, with a simple cross-shaped design for the body. A round, raised knob with a rectilinear carved design extending below it marks the area around the figure's stomach. Neck is carved into three spherical shapes stacked one on top of the other. Face is large, round and flat with shallowly carved, reductive facial features and three small round holes bored through the wood at the outer extremities near the ears and the height of the forehead. Three parallel horizontal double lines connected vertically through the centre are carved on the reverse of the face. The entire figure is mounted on a black rectangular wooden base.
