Cylindrical shaped drum (part a) with tapered ends and one slightly flattened side. There is a rectangular hollow section at the centre and a beaten area on top of the drum. Part b is a a wooden drumstick with a round knob at the end.

A plain cane shaft. Base and end of the shaft are wrapped with thin cane strips. The point is plain wood decorated with an 11 cm. sleeve of brown and yellow grass. The 20 cm. tip of the point has six irregular barbs and the very tip is wrapped cane strips.
