Two carved whalebone figures of an Inuit hunter (part a) and a dog (part b). The hunter is in a standing position with his right arm raised. A carved ivory knife (part c) and spear (part d-e) appear to be made to fit into the holes in each hand. The lining of the hunter's hood is made from black rubber, and he has dark inserts in his eyes. He has a hole in the bottom of one foot, suggesting he is missing a base.
