The big mouth has red lips, pink gums and white teeth outlined with black with two gold upper teeth at either sides. Two metal bolts are at other sides of the ends of the mouth to enable movement. The lower jaw is painted with two curved vertical black lines at either sides and is attached with clear white plastic at the back. Rubber is tied with string at the back through two small holes at either sides.

A figure eight-shape hole is cut out for the eyes. The wide nose has red nostrils cut out. The red mouth is carved out with its lips slightly parted, and the lower jaw is attached with leather and metal nails at the back. There is hair for the moustache. The cheeks are small and pointed. Rubber is tied with string around the back through two small holes at either sides.
