Mask carved and detailed in relief. Dark top paint layer, but appears to have been painted blue and red in the past. Holes at circular eyes and grinning mouth; nostrils are hollowed out; small ears protruding from the top. Jaguar?

A clown with a white face and a stub nose. The eyes, mouth, and nostrils are cut out and are lined with red. The eyelashes and eyebrows are black. There is a pink tongue with white teeth. The face has red sideburns, and a red arrow-like decoration at either sides. A silver diamond outlined with red is painted on the forehead.

Santiaguero mask. A white face with five red semi-circles along the top. The eyebrows are upraised with vertical black and white lines and a hole underneath each. The moustache is also upraised with vertical black and white lines. The red area around the nose extends to the cheeks and the chin in a petal-like pattern. The beard is made up of vertical black lines. There are four holes at either sides of the mask with another hole at the top middle. The back is painted blue.

Oval-shaped portrait mask. Right side is dark red in colour, its left side is dark green in colour. A bulged forehead is attached to a triangular-shaped nose and a cut-out grinning mouth with grooves. Eyes are outlined in black coloured paint and have red, green, and black coloured paint in the centre. Eyebrows are painted black and flare out at the tips. Head hair is painted black, gathering at the centre, and flowing down the sides to jaw length.

White face with hair, nose, and lips in relief. Hair, eyebrows, and downwards slanting mustache are in black; cheeks and lips are in red; holes at eyes. Small holes for fastening string at top and sides.

Pink-faced mask with bulbous cheeks, nose and chin. Brown hair lines brow and under eyes; two fang-like teeth are out of wood(?) and painted white; lips are red and eyes are white with black pupils; holes at mouth, nostrils, and under eyes. Elastic for holding onto head is attached to rear.

Two semicircular, brown pieces of wood threaded together by a length of orange string strung through a hole in the tip of each object. Each piece has a rounded and a flat side.

Round container (part a) with three large white coloured flowers on lid (part b). Two flower images are of the inside of the flower and one flower image is of its back. Green coloured stems and leaves are painted on the side of the container. Underside of container has two Japanese characters near the side.

Black coloured double-sided oval-shaped container (part a) with lid (part b). Branch-like handle that splits down the middle to attach to both sides of the container and lid. Raised branch and floral designs cascade down one side of the entire object from the largest branch.

Dark brown-red rectangular-shaped container with fibre cording, globular bead, and dark red wooden toggle. Container is in two parts and connected together by fibre cording. The larger part of the container lifts up from the smaller bottom piece. Both pieces are elaborately carved with geometric designs. The top and bottom piece are edged with a protruding scalloped rim and decorated with punctured holes. The round toggle has two animal figures facing each other and are holding the cord in their teeth.
