Part of a set of five wooden dolls with round heads and round bodies. Part d is the second smallest of these dolls, has facial features painted in black, and has green and black painted clothing. The figure has a green flower painted on its front.

Carving529/33

Three peg dolls on a round wooden base. Two have three sections to their bodies and have pointed oval heads. The third doll is only a pointed oval shape with a face painted on it. The base is of a cross-section of a tree trunk or branch and has been rounded, exposing bark on sides.

Doll529/27 a-b

Two wooden dolls with flattened round heads and little knobs on top of them. Heads move and are attached to bases. Bases have a rounded top section which is above a flattened round body that has painted designs on them. Part a has black and red painted features. The base has a painted landscape with houses(?) and trees and a few Japanese characters. Part b has green and black painted features. The base has a picture of a human figure skiing in the mountains. Several Japanese characters are also on it. The base of both dolls have small holes in them.

Two wooden (kokeshi) dolls with round moveable heads. Part a has black painted hair. The top portion of the body is black and brown. The mid-section is wood with black, brown and red leaf designs and the bottom is black. Part b has black painted hair, and the top portion of the body is wood. The rest of the body is decorated with brown, gold, white, and red striped designs.

Small wood figurine of a dish with a handle, containing seven tiny dolls and backed by a red lid. Silver and white fibre cording is tied around the handle of the dish. The dish and red lid have painted designs and characters in black, white, silver, and gold.

A wood female figure (part a) standing on a flat rectangular base that is painted red, yellow, and green. Her right arm (part b) is bent outward and upward while her left arm is angled more foreward. She is holding a red cylindrical object on her head. She is painted brown with blk hair and rosy cheeks with a red dot in the middle of her forehead. She is painted with a full-length garment wrapped around her upper body at an angle. The garment has multiple shades of red and is a checkered pattern.
