Hand puppet made of wood which has been carved and painted to depict a woodpecker. Black woodpecker with red wings is decorated with white circles, and two artificial flowers, one nailed to the lower back, and the other to the crown of the head. Operated by two strings and a leather strap. Joint at the neck.

Wooden box (caja para títeres), painted, to hold hand puppets. Box is cube-shaped, with a shallow hinged lid with handle aligned front to back. There is a small hook and eye latch to secure the box. Each side has a scene painted within a frame of pinkish-brown with either yellow with red or black with beige dots in the corners. The front depicts voladores or flying pole dance with four men suspended from a pole. The left side has written, 'Tejon' and depicts a coati standing between some flowers and trees underneath the moon. The back depicts a blonde person by a house(?) with smoke from the chimney. The right side says 'maringuilla', and depicts four people dancing(?) in a row. The lid depicts two people standing side by side.

Hand puppet of Maria (Mary). Head, arms and legs are carved from wood and painted. The hands are disproportionately large. She has black eyes and eyebrows, and a small red mouth. Her hair is composed of feathers - deep vibrant blue and light blue. On her feet she wears black sandals. Her fabric outfit is green and painted. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. A small strap extends down inside the head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head, arms and movements.

The right side depicts voladores or flying pole dance with four men suspended from a pole. The lid depicts two people dancing(?) in a row.

Paddle carved from a single piece of wood. The burgundy shaft is split above the throat, forming a V-shape. The grip is painted solid black, and has a small piece of black leather tied to both sides of the shaft. The blade is painted light yellow-brown with black feather-like lines over, and the outline of an eagle's profile with white eye.

Paddle carved from a single piece of wood. On one side, the blade and shaft have carved and painted designs with inlaid abalone and operculum shells. The shaft has a large red whale(?) with a row of operculum teeth facing the grip, and below the cedar wrap, a raven(?) profile. The blade has a black wolf-killerwhale(?) and a small red salmon(?). The grip is natural, with either side painted black and inlaid with abalone shell. The blade, throat and mid-shaft are wrapped with cedar root. A thin black leather strap is tied below the grip.

Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: large head (part b) fits into body with skirt (part a), and a control rod (part d) with a long shaft that passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The control rod (part c) from the figure's right arm has become detached. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Pale orange face, gold neck. Small black moustache, almond-shaped narrow eyes, narrow painted mouth. Headdress includes gelung supit urang, sumping, gold jamang, and Garuda Mungkur. Headdress black with gold, red, turquoise trim. Green and red painted necklace. Turquoise and red bracelets on upper arms and wrists. Hands at right angles to arms. Arms in two pieces attached with string at elbows and shoulders. String through palms to which sticks are attached. Wearing gold cross-over bodice, black apron with red fringe, silver and gold trim. Long gold belt hanging loose. Dark red cotton skirt. Head moves through 360 degrees.

Her fabric body is shiny pinkish-brown with a gold and brown embroidered collar. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head and movements.

He wears a bicorne(?) of black and navy felt, open at the top, revealing flat painted wood. His fabric body is black with a brown and gold embroidered collar. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head and movements.
