The shaft is carved with dark vertically linear designs on a natural background above the cane joints. The base of the shaft, near the pointed end, has fragments of a woven sleeve. The point is dark wood elaborately carved and multi-barbed. There is a sleeve of bird skin and feathers wrapped around the middle of the point dividing the elaborately carved portion of the point from the multi-barbed tip.

Nineteen teeth are woven tightly together with fibre at one end to join the handle in an hour-glass-like shape. Handle is decorated with geometric designs of yellow and black fibres. The upper portion of the handle has a design that consists of a pair vertical of double-outlined diamond shapes. The lower portion of the handle has a design that consists of four vertical diamond shapes bordered by zig zags at either side.
