Maha Kola Sanni Yaka healing mask, depicting a central figure wearing a headdress composed of five snakes and with long fang-like teeth holding an orange creature and standing on a dark red-brown smiling head (part a). The top figure has two detachable disc-shaped earpieces (parts b and c) with a floral motif. The central figure is flanked by two detachable segments (parts d and e) composed of two columns of four multi-coloured heads and the topmost column of one yellow head. At the top is a cobra whose body extends over the heads and down the outer side to the floral design element at the bottom. A label on the reverse of one of the side attachments reads, "MAHA-KOLA-SANNI-YAKKA: demon of 18 apparitions."
Mask depicting Ginijala Sanniya (who represents fever and shivering) which has a dark red face with bulging eyes with crescent-shaped slits under each, eyebrows in white on black, a small nose with flared nostrils, and a grimacing mouth with red lips and white teeth bordered in black. There are three horizontal white lines at the centre of the forehead, and two diagonal white lines on each cheek. A thin strip of green and brown fabric is strung through three holes at the edges of the mask: one at the top of the head, and two either side of the mask. Label on reverse of mask reads, "GINIJALA SANNI: Fever & shivering, " in typewritten characters, and "24" handwritten in blue ink.
Mask representing a village husband character (kolam mask) with a pink face, a low forehead with a flat top, painted black hair and eyebrows. The large eyes each have a crescent-shaped slit under them, and the nose is long, straight and narrow with small, indented nostrils. The mouth is closed with thin red lips. The ears are each made of a piece of cut rubber (?) that has been cut at the centre and the resulting corners bent inwards slightly to make each concave. There is a small hole on each side, behind the ears. A label on the reverse reads, "KOLAM MASK village husband," in typewritten characters, and "41" in pencil.
Mask possibly depicting Gulma Sanniya (representing parasitic worms, lack of apetite, or swelling of the abdomen) that has been painted orange-pink with black hair and eyebrows. On the high forehead there are three horizontal grooved lines in the centre. The eyes are large, well defined and round, and are thinly outlined in black. The nose is wide and protruding with large nostrils, and the mask also has a wide open mouth with downturned corners and showing two rows of teeth. Under each eye is a crescent-shaped slit. A faded blue cloth strap, perhaps a shoestring (?) that is tied through holes on either side of the mask. A label adhered to the reverse has a typed inscription which says, "(Possibly) GULMA SANNI: parasitic worms" and has "25" written beside the typed text.
Costumed cloth hand puppet with carved, painted wooden head, hands and feet. Represents character of Bearded male (aggressive), Golden Rays style. Varnished white face, pinkish tinge under eyes; black, slightly bulbous painted hair. Red mouth, red spot on forehead, dots in eyes. Two moustache tuffs and full beard of black hair attached in channel at chin. Body (part a) is made of undyed cotton flaps, attached around head; attached white hands with holes through sideways, stuffed legs, white and green soled black boots. Stitched yellow silk robe (part b) with dark blue sleeves, waist and border trim, cotton lined. Front has orange trim outside blue, also on inside front (reinforced with paper). Sleeves edged in pink fur; rickrack on upper body; yellow, pink and white fur at edge. Two centre flaps, reinforced with paper, pasted cotton at black fur edged trim. Red, yellow and blue silk sections, decorated with metal sequins and silver foil wrapped thread. Silver 'thread', sequins and mirrors decorate borders, bodice, and back. Front, bottom panel; 'thread' flowers in silver, pink and green. Costume detachable; tied at neck.
Polychrome nesting dolls. The largest doll (part a-b) is painted with brown clothing, a blue and white diamond-patterned head band, a red waist line, and a yellow base. The next doll (c-d) is painted with brown clothing, a red and white oval-patterned head band, a yellow waist line, and a green and red beaded necklace. The next smallest (e-f) is painted with brown clothing, a white head band with blue dots, and a green waist line. A smaller doll (g-h) is painted with a yellow head band. An even smaller doll (i-j) is painted with a pink head band. A tiny doll (k-l) is painted with a green head band and inside it is a very small single piece 'doll' (part m).
Three-dimensional male puppet: large head (part b) fits into body with apron and skirt (part a), and a control rod (part c) with a long shaft passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. The figure's wooden head displays an elaborate gold and black painted headdress of the "shrimp's tongue" style, with gehung supit orang sweeping back and over to touch the top of the head. It is decorated with nine hair curls reaching the siyung jawi, protruding below the Garuda Mungkur with its short utah-utah. A long sumping stretches back from the decorated ear with its small hair curl. A diadem is located above the forehead. The face is cream-coloured with small slit eyes, a thin black moustache and small teeth; the head is bent forward. Red arm ornaments at wrists and biceps, and the fingers extend from each hand at a right angle to the wrists. Torso and arms have remains of gold paint. The figure wears a grey and dark blue-black apron interwoven with blue metallic thread and decorated with silver, red and purple sequins on the chest and collar. The skirt is off-white cotton.

The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Large head, dominated by swollen nose, with large eyes and red irises. Wide toothy mouth with double hooked teeth in each corner and wide, red lips. Whiskers, mouth, ring, ears, brown, and eyes outlined in black. Shoulder length black hair in curls, and a dark green hat. Face two colours, vertically split: pale green on the figure's right, and pink to the figure's left. Arms and hands painted gold, with bracelets and nails red. Hands are flat, with fingers extended. Clothed in full length tunic of six different multicoloured fabrics. Light purple upright collar; top, light blue with red and blue stripes; middle section (and jabot, the oval flap hanging from neck) made from synthetic black fabric with bright green, orange, red and yellow floral print. Jabot decorated with sequins and beads. Lower section of tunic: red, white and green flowers on a dark blue background. Black, red, white diagonal stripes with white dots on reverse. Sleeves are made of light and dark brown sythetic material.

Broad, bare forehead, bulging eyes, and a broad and flat nose. Wide toothy mouth with one hooked tooth in each corner, curved upwards. Red lips and irises, black lines define eyes, nose, eyebrows, ears and mouth. Semi-bald with black hair, sideburns, moustache and curly beard. Round flesh coloured protrusion at back of head. The figure is wearing a small blue conical cap at the top of his head. Hands roughly carved, and flat with fingers extended, with red bracelets. Clothed in long plaid dark red, yellow and green skirt. Close-fitting jacket with long sleeves with wide purple graduating to thin diagonal purple stripes on an off-white background and with flowers in red, pink and green.

Body clothed in a long, faded off-white tunic with long sleeves. Dropped shoulders, stand-up collar, and slit on side. Sash with gold, yellow, green, red and purple embroidery crosses diagonally over the torso. Hands are flat with fingers extended, and red bracelets at wrists.
