The shaft shows two colours of wood, one yellow and one brown. One end of the shaft is rounded, the other is cut off with a thick, dark substance dried onto the wood.

The handle shows a geometric pattern of triangles along a prominent centre rib, leading to four comb teeth.

The hook is 'J' shaped. The upper portion is light brown, blunt at the end and flat on the back side. The lower portion is dark drown, thicker, pointed at the end and rounded on the front and back sides.

Circular, red-brown shaft and handle that tapers to a flat point. Flat ribbed 'blade' with eighteen pairs of shark teeth along both edges. There is a cross-guard piece near the end of the handle which curves toward the 'blade' and has three shark teeth along the concave edge at either side.

Tapered, cylindrical, brown wood shaft that has four rows of teeth with opposing sides of equal length. Shark teeth are secured by twisted fibre string. The longer sides have forty-eight teeth while the shorter sides have nineteen teeth. Bands of double black hair interwoven with woven palm leaf decorate both ends of the toothed portion. Two bands of black hair are around near the wider end and the middle within these interwoven bands at both ends.

Short, rounded cylindrical, red-brown handle. Flat ridged 'blade' with twenty-four pairs of shark teeth along both edges. Sharks teeth attached with fibre.

The shaft is plain. The base of the shaft, near the pointed end, is wrapped with cane fibre. The point is plain dark wood that has an inflected long hardwood point with minute barbs.
