Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: large head (part b) fits into body with skirt (part a), and a control rod (part d) with a long shaft that passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The control rod (part c) from the figure's right arm has become detached. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Pale orange face, gold neck. Small black moustache, almond-shaped narrow eyes, narrow painted mouth. Headdress includes gelung supit urang, sumping, gold jamang, and Garuda Mungkur. Headdress black with gold, red, turquoise trim. Green and red painted necklace. Turquoise and red bracelets on upper arms and wrists. Hands at right angles to arms. Arms in two pieces attached with string at elbows and shoulders. String through palms to which sticks are attached. Wearing gold cross-over bodice, black apron with red fringe, silver and gold trim. Long gold belt hanging loose. Dark red cotton skirt. Head moves through 360 degrees.

Small soapstone carving of a caribou head (part a) with bone(?) antlers (parts b-c). The antlers insert into holes drilled behind the eyes. The caribou has lightly carved circular eyes, nose and mouth. Label adhered to base.

Her head is wrapped in a red fabric, with black hair at the front. Her fabric body is beige with an orange collar. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head and movements.

Hand puppet, character from Guignol story (old woman?). Head and hands are carved from wood and painted. She has black eyes and white eyebrows, red lips, nostrils and inner corners of the eyes, and rosy cheeks. She wears a light green head scarf with white hair extending from the front. Her fabric body is shiny pinkish-brown with a gold and brown embroidered collar. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head and movements.

Hand puppet of character named Gendarme. Head and hands are carved from wood and painted. He has black eyes and facial hair, red lips, nostrils and inner corners of the eyes, and rosy cheeks. He wears a bicorne(?) of black and navy felt, open at the top, revealing flat painted wood. His fabric body is black with a brown and gold embroidered collar. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head and movements.

Hand puppet of the Le Diable (devil) character from the Guignol story. Head and hands are carved from wood and painted. He has a red face with black eyes, goatee, and black heavily-lined facial features. He wears a red head scarf with a triangular strip of leather extending back over it from his forehead, and his fabric body is red with a yellow and brown zigzag embroidered collar. The fabric is nailed to the hands and head. Operated by inserting a hand inside the body of the puppet to control its head and movements.
