Rag rug with oval shape woven from multicoloured cotton and wool rag strips with primarily grey and red wool at the centre bordered by a row of purple silk(?), a band of off-white cotton with black animal(?) forms, a band of pink, red, dark, red, and grey wool and silk(?), a band of off-white cotton with bird and animal forms in black, and an outer band of black, pink and red. Thin off-white cardboard stitched to back for support.

Beaded Bag1768/52

Small beaded black velvet bag with undecorated top opening and decorative front flaps on either side. Leaf designs on flaps and on bag in yellow, gold, blue, red, white and grey, bordered by short vertical rows of grey and white beads, and white beads along edges. Red cotton binding around outer edge. Light brown cotton binding at top opening and lining.

Tumpline with a wide middle area woven with a multicoloured zigzagging pattern, ending in a narrow, braided bark rope on one side. Part b is a narrow, braided plant fibre rope with a knot at one end, frayed at other; broken off from the tumpline.

Belt LoomSf1144

Belt loom consisting of a partially woven belt with a beige lozenge pattern with s-shapes and ovals in the middle on a brown ground and bordered with red and black stripes. In the middle are two wooden sticks and a heddle with orange pieces of twine along with a conical shaped roll of brown wool. The end section is long strands of twine twisted together.

Boots527/29 a-b

Pair of smoked moose hide boots with ecru-coloured fur trim around the centre. Above the rabbit fur trim geometric patterns of multicoloured beadwork are sewn over pink fabric. Maroon satin-like cloth is sewn below the fur trim. Green fabric covers the top of the foot; a band of pink cloth trims the green fabric around the top of the foot. Skin ties lace around the ankles of both boots. Lined with pink floral print cloth. Side zippers.

Boots1769/1 a-f

Pair of outer boots (parts a-b) with one pair of outer liners (c-d) and a pair of inner liners (e-f). The boots are made with fur soles and skin uppers, decorated with three bands of rickrack in red, green and dark blue. The seal skin legs have mottled grey seal fur at the base, a band of off-white seal fur, a band of dark grey seal fur, and another band of off-white seal fur at the top. The edge is trimmed with dark blue fabric through which is threaded a red, yellow, green and dark blue wool drawstring. The outer liners are made of off-white felted wool with sole and foot sections joined in green herringbone stitching and the top edged in a decorative blanket stitch. The inner liners are taller than the outer liners and are made from off-white felted wool with the top band embroidered with four floral motifs and edged with red and green zigzag design in wool yarn.

Rectangular wall hanging coarsely woven with light yellow-brown wool around the border and light yellow-brown mixed with off-white fibre at the centre. There are tassels of a different wool woven into the bottom row. The same wool is woven across the top. Blue 'Salish Weaving' tag sewn to back.
