A round pot, tapering to the neck, then flaring at the rim. Two handles are shaped like beaks, concentric discs above are eyes. At right angles are two features comprised of an eye above a u-shaped outline of raised clay. Below, running between the handles, is a line of sockets. Pigment is white and pink.
A cylinder tapering from an open mouth to a closed end with a hole which apparently is for a tether. The blowhole at the top is surrounded by four-prong star-like incised lines. Within the longest arm are six notches. Carved lines encircle the mouth rim and the opposite tip. Stained black but mostly worn to brown.
Hollowed log with a carved face projecting at each end. The snout of the smaller animal head is broken off; the longer head is human upturned, flat and smiling. The hollow is uneven, bulging on one side, and split at the top.
Basket hook with a humanoid head at the top surmounted by a carved loop. The head is mounted on a shaft that is diamond-shaped in cross-section and bulges slightly at the centre. The hook is double-sided.
Tall human male figure with a rounded head, inflated stomach, prominent groin area, short arms and short legs. The head has an extra circle around it with small ear-like projections out each side, incised eyes and mouth. The figure is surrounded by birds. Extending over its head are two Byth’s hornbill heads which go up then the beaks point down. There are two other protruding bird heads appearing over the shoulder of the human. Between the legs of the human figure is another bird with its tail hanging down and its head facing upwards with its bird slightly ajar. All are painted in various stylized patterns in orange, yellow and white on a black ground. There is a necklace painted in white on the chest of the human figure.
Shield composed of an oval piece of skin attached to an oval wooden frame. The frame is attached with strips of bark (?) which is wrapped around the frame, then through the skin every fourth or fifth time. At the top and bottom, woven bark (?) fills the gap between the edge of the frame and the skin. The upper portion of the back has three wooden pieces which cross and then loop onto the frame.
Bamboo tube, cut out along more than a third of its length, with faint zig zags and lines carved around the socket end. The other end is a carved wooden plug with a conical tip and string looped through a hole. Fibre binds the plug and hook to the tube; it also forms a collar near one end. The hook is a wavy loop of wood with contour lines and an eye-like hole. Pigmented brown, lighter, and worn on the tube.
Bamboo tube, cut open more than a third of its length, which is undecorated but pierced by a hole near one end. Wood hook is carved like a bird profile, with incised 'eyes', 'crest', 'beak', and 'body marks'. The hook is bound to the tube with fibre. Painted brown but the pigment is worn off the bamboo on the sides and the underside.
Standing figure with splayed legs and bent knees. Block-shaped feet, and prominent square-like head. Black-painted arm sockets appear as protruding sections, as if arms behind back. Face and body painted in black, white, and grey-blue. Face has white spotted sections on cheeks and jaw, and line of black dots under eyes. White and grey-blue paint on middle of chest and around belly, top of legs, and around ankles. Small black circle at centre of breast. Protruding brow, open mouth turned down at corners, recessed eye area, one ear on the right side.
Shield made from one piece of wood with a slightly raised carved geometric pattern in bands of zig-zags and arc shapes, both formed by squares. The piece of wood is curved overall and a bark fibre handle on the reverse is attached through two holes at the sides of the shield with knots in the front. The shield is stained black on the front.
