Coca BagSf1077

Rectangular and flat coca bag with pattern of black horses on one side. Bottom has decorative synthetic fibre edging in blue, green, white and black, and three sets of pom-poms. Very worn strap with tubular binding at the sides. Back has vertical and horizontal stripes with a decorative border. Small pocket on outside that is accessible on inside. Pocket also has same decorative edging as bottom, tassel at each corner.

Incense BurnerEe4.99 a-c

Three-legged brown metal incense burner with a round body (part b), domed lid (part a), and a raised circular base (part c); the lid is covered with a perforated, scrolling floral design and topped by the miniature figure of a seated dog. Burner's sides are covered with eight applied figures, alternating between an orchid-like flower and a dog's head with a ring hanging from its mouth. The three legs on the burner are shaped like demon heads with protruding tongues. The circular, raised stand has a curving foot and is covered in a repeating petal-like pattern.

Fan1234/1

A light brown coloured fan woven out of plant fibres. The bottom of the fan curves around to a point at both sides and then curves up to a point at the top. Half of the fan is concave, and the other half of the fan is convex. The design is that of a darker black plant fibre having eight side-by-side rows emanating at a curve from the embedded handle point. The handle is wrapped around with an orange-brown braided plant fibre rope.

Bone OrnamentEe4.35

Strands of slightly irregularly sized water buffalo and yak bone beads are threaded on a thick string with carved medallions of bone dividing the strands into lines of two, three, or sometimes four. There are fourteen square medallions, one diamond shape, one pointed oval, and one five-sided piece. Carved decorations include dots, flowers, spirals, and human figures.
