An English translation of this inscription has been word processed and taped to the bottom of the laminated paper. The translation reads "When my mother used to take care of the hends in El Salvador. That is what I remember. My name is Alyandrina Reyes. My age is 13 years and my address Camp 6 Mesa Grande."
