One end has two hollows through it where there is a taper cut semi-oval hole nearby at either side, one of which is closer to the end while the other one of which is closer to the middle. Seams sealed with pitch.

Brown double reed whistle that is oval in cross section and bound in four sections with biege-brown string, one near each end and two near the middle. While the wider end is solid, there are two hollows through the smaller end where there is a taper cut semi-oval hole nearby at either side. Bottom has initials 'A.N.' carved into it as well as the number '2' underneath one hole. Seams have resin.

The wider end has three holes in a vertical row nearby on one side consisting of a crescent at the end, a circle in between, and a triangle near the middle. Sides have no air vent so it does not produce any sound.
