Long shallow oval wooden box with a lid on a hinge of braided fibre or elephant hair. Small handle in the centre (arch type). Basket weave type carved design. Lipped lid.

Carved wooden neck rest with a cylindrical neck, a circular base, and a roughly rectangular top surface that curves slightly downwards at the centre. Decorated with a pattern of roughly carved diamonds.

A dark brown wood cup with a handle. All carved with a design consisting of a main large simple arabesque geometric pattern in multi-lined bands of interwoven zig zags along the upper portion and triangles along the smaller lower portion.

Curved spatula-shaped razor blade cut from sheet tin. Top part is wider than lower part. Top and lower part are joined by a thin tapered piece.

Red clay pot with round body, narrow neck and wide rim. The upper body has many fine horizontal ridges. The upper body and rim are covered with a black glaze.

Pair of slipper-like shoes with a rounded, raised sole. Uppers are embroidered with multicoloured flowers on white and black ground. Soles are white and platform-like, truncated at the toe and heel so that they curve sharply upwards at both ends.

Wooden bobbin consisting of a hollow shaft with a pointed egg-shaped section at one end. The shaft is charred. There are two holes drilled in the round section.

Rectangular slab of black ink with a fish depicted in low relief swimming upstream and indented Chinese characters reading "dragon gate" in turquoise on one face. The reverse has a series of Chinese characters in low relief, and the edges on both faces are slightly raised.
