Moccasin2023.O.007:39

A single unit of a child's moccassin. A flower has been beaded onto the tip, orange outer petals with white inner petals, and a pink anther in the middle with some green leaves/vines extending out, and red accent beads nearby. The heel tab shows signs of light fraying, and weathering, and the heel counter has collapsed. Part of the raw hide ties have crumbled off, but a majority remains intact. Some of the material shows light signs of fading and thinning. Some of the threading on the left side is separating. The sole shows signs of use-wear.

Core2023.O.007:37

A large unifacially flaked core, with at least three quarters of cortex left. The cortex is a smooth, light grey with some off-white surface scarring, and the exposed surface is a light grey with a fine grain. Flakes have been removed from the distal portion, along the jagged edge with 4 impact sites. Three along the thin ridge, and one near the curved section of cortex near the mesial edge.

Cobble Chopper2023.O.007:36

A large cobble chopper with smooth light beige cortex. The belonging's exposed surface is beige with a fine grain. The dorsal face is covered in cortex with off-white/light grey scarring, and a patch of saturated bright tan near the shorter edge. Some use-wear present along the jagged semi-straight edges, with a bit of missing fragmented cortex along the point. The ventral face is also half covered with cortex, and some surface scarring. Some flake scarring present on the ventral face.

Biface2023.O.007:35

A large lanceolated biface with a flat cross section and a pointed base. The belonging has expanding variable flake scars on both faces, and excurvated mesial edges. Overall a dull opaque light grey with a fine grain. The dorsal face shows numerous compression rings, ripples and flake removal sites. The ventral face shows an impact site, a bulb of percussion, a few erailleur scars, and some compression ripples. The impact site and bulb are located on the wider semi-rounded point, ventral face.

Flake, secondary2023.O.007:34

A medium sized secondary flake, possibly fire altered. Two small patches of desaturated brown cortex reside on opposite ends of the mesial portion. The belonging is slightly more dull and dark than the cortex, with a medium grain. There's two impact sites on the larger section of cortex, one for each face. A small bulb of percussion can be seen on the dorsal surface, along with many flake arrises, some negative scarring, and a medium grey scarring section near a patch of potential oxygenated iron and sooting.

Adze Blade2023.O.007:33

A large saw-grooved adze fragment, or potentially an abraded fragment. Through the pre-collection fragmentation the remnants of a unifacially bevelled edge can be seen. The belonging is a dark grey with a fine grain, the flat surfaces have been sanded down. There's two parallel saw grooves on the right mesial portion. Some harrisline fractures can be seen on both faces, with one on the dorsal surface extending from the proximal end to the distal portion. The fragmentation on the proximal end is along the bevelled edge, extending up the flattened ventral face. The original adze handle is missing.

Adze2023.O.007:32

A large adze blade with a unifacially bevelled edge, a squared-off rounded handle, and a saw blade groove on the right mesial portion. The belonging is a medium grey with some lighter grey spotting, and has been sanded down smooth. On the dorsal face near the top right of the squared-off corner some fragmentation has occured pre-collection, exposing some of the inner surface, it's more dull in colour, with a fine grain. The ventral face also has some fragmentation that occured on the back of the bevelled edge, and some harrisline fractures going length-wise.
