Small, rectangular shaped bag made of a long piece of fabric folded and sewn along the sides. The opening has a drawstring closure and a braided strap on either side that is tied together at the top. The drawstring has a copper(?) coin attached through a circle hole in the metal. The bag is decorated with stripes of embroidered geometric designs in orange, blue, yellow, dark green and beige.

Rectangular shaped, maroon cotton band (parts a-c) consisting of a white geometric designs with yellow and green stripes on either side. In the middle is a frayed section of long pieces of coloured thread. Sash is all one piece. All parts are similar.

Long, rectangular cotton band consisting of solid black, red, yellow and green stripes alternating with stripes of white geometric designs on a black background. One end has fringe made of long pieces of coloured thread.

Large cream sash or obi with an overall brocade pattern. The pattern has repeated crane, pine tree and floral motifs in silver, gold, red, green, purple and black on cream ground. The pattern appears on both sides of the sash.

Rounded rectangular reddish clay tablet with stylus cuneiform impressions. (Parts b and c show imprints from two sides of the tablet.)

Black blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a rectangular shape with a square neck and no sleeves. Around the neck is a pointed border in black, edged with orange. The front and back are composed of three vertical panels sewn together with black stitching The upper centre panel has a large embroidered square with floral and leaf motifs in many colours, some metallic, on maroon ground. The upper side panels have smaller squares with the same floral and leaf motifs. The bottom edge is unfinished and uneven in the back. The inside is unlined.

Brown blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a rectangular shape with a square neck and no sleeves. Around the neck is a pointed border in black, edged with red. Cream vest with appliqué and embroidery. The vest has a round neck, open sides and centre opening with large metal buttons. On the front and back is a black appliqué swastika motif with multicoloured embroidered symbols of the Eight Immortals. The edges and the large lower ruyi symbol have black and floral trim. On the front are two narrow panels with vase and floral motifs. On the back is one large panel with vase and floral motifs. The inner lining is red silk.

Densely embroidered square textile, stitched overall with meandering patterns worked in orange thread in chain stitch on a background of purple silk or cotton textile. The design field is divided into four equally sized squares, separated from one another with rows of narrow gold metallic braid. The textile is embellished with five large (4 cm) ornamental discs, made from several layers of black cotton textile, topped with a layer of red cotton textile and embellished with white cowrie shells, blue glass beads and white shell buttons; one of these discs is located at the centre of each of the four sides of the textile, and there is one in the centre. The textile is edged with blue and white glass beading on all four sides. The embroidery is backed with a layer of dark red cotton textile.

A densely embroidered, multi-coloured cuff, consisting of a wide band (12.5 cm) joined to form a cylindrical shape. Embroidered designs in the form of large X’s and asterisk-shapes, worked in red floss outlined in light gray-green on brown cotton textile, alternate in the central design field, and there are bands of red, orange and light gray-green embroidered geometric designs at the edges. There are two large pompoms, one orange and one red, sewn to the seam where the two ends of the band are joined.
