Spoon carved from one piece of slightly translucent dark and light brown mountain goat horn with an elongated bowl that tapers slightly at the tip and a tapering, curved handle.

A plain one piece spoon with a shallow bowl that comes to a point at the tip end and a concave handle that has a hole in the middle. The bowl of the spoon is translucent while the handle is dark brown.

Crown of hat is painted in orange, white, and blue (very faded). The weave is very fine. Inside head band is missing. Various twined weaves: brim is mixed twine work (diagonal twilled design of concentric diamonds). Crown and top are plain twined work with one row of twisted work as dividing lines.

Comb with fourteen teeth and a large head area. The head is decorated with a bear design on one side; ovoids and split U design on the other.

A thin piece of skin is attached at the smaller end.
