Orange-reddish lidded pot (parts a-b) with two chambers inside and a handle at either top side. Designs are in relief and impressed. Upper portion has a horizontal band of traingles that have lines within. Lower chamber exterior has seven loops all around decorated with chevrons. Just above these loops, there is a horizontal band of alternating triangles or chevrons and geometric bands. Lid (part b) is of a different colour, semi-round and hollow.
Gourd container (parts a-b) with a bulbous base that tapers to a funnel shaped neck (part a). Part b is a semi-spherical shaped lid with a looped leather tie on top. The entire gourd is dark red with a shallow engraved design of various geometric patterns. The central line is painted green along with alternating lines along the bottom of the base. The inside of both pieces is hollow.
Woven, palm leaf, coiled, plate consisting of traditional abstract designs in ochre, natural, and black. The centre is red with band of natural followed by a thin stripe of black. Next is a band with small alternating sections of natural and red detailed with black triangles. This decorative band is bordered by a thin stripe of black. The edge is bordered with an inner band of natural and an outer band of red.
Orange-beige, round pot (part a) with a lid (part b). Pot has a circular base; upper portion consists of four panels alternating between two horizontal bands of double zig zags and a wide band of diagonal lines, one of which has dots within. Panels are divided by upraised dots at each corner. Lower portion consists of four interconnected downward curving bands that have dots within and that are bordered by dash lines and dots in relief and impressed. The lid dips downward concavely and has a knob at the centre with a horizontal zig zag band around the rim. The colour is uneven with some dark patches.
Red clay vessel (part a) with a lid (part b). Pot has two textured panels around the upper sides which consist of thirteen horizontal bands that have incised vertical lines within ending in six knobs at either end. In between these panels, at either side, there is an upward facing lizard in relief. The lid has a chameleon that has incised horizontal lines across its body and impressed dashes along its legs.
Very plain, round, yellow calabash fruit cut in two before drying to create a bowl (part a) with a lid (part b). Both rims are brown. From the rim, on one side of the bowl (part a), there is a triple incised downward pointing triangle. From the rim, on one side of the lid (part b), there are three upward pointing triangles.
Plain dark brown bowl with a wide flat rim. Glazed with egg white and soot. The lower portion is small, rounded at the bottom and stepped above.
Relatively square metal piece with a design that represents eight units of weight. The middle is double-grooved at either end with four protrusions at either side.
Thick, rectangular metal piece with a design that consists of a snake pattern with lines (horizontal along one long edge while zig zags are along the other long edge) representing units of weight.
Short broom made from a bundle of strips of leaves bound at the top with twined string; binding in colours forms stripes of green and magenta; palm leaves of the broom are woven through the string to form diamond shape. Loop handle attached to binding.
