Children's drawing on legal size off-white paper. An inscription in pencil along the top of the page reads "martes 18 de octubre de 1983 - sociales tema la pasada das rio lempa". Below this, to the left, is a scene within a rectangular box that includes a human figure standing next to a house, a flowering plant, and a group of ten human figures. Two of these figures are lying on the ground. To the right of this, a large human figure is positioned within an oblong shape of undulating lines, which likely represents a river. There are two smaller figures floating in the river, beneath the large figure. A green helicopter has been drawn in the upper right-hand corner.
