An English translation of this inscription has been word processed and taped to the bottom of the laminated paper. The translation reads "When my mother used to take care of the hends in El Salvador. A narrow strip of word-processed text has been taped to the front, at the bottom of the page, and it reads "When we were crossing 'the Lempa' looking for a safe place in Honduras, helicopters were shooting on us. And they killed relatives."
