Point, Chipped Stone45KT20/12

One side-notched chert projectile point. Point is transluscent brown/red with dark red stripe running through the base. "45 KI-8 12" is wriiten in ink and "4N1-1" pencil on a tag that was previously attached with string to the point. Field Catalog Form indicates the provenience as: Unit 4N1, Level 1 (3-5"). (A. End Scraper, Stone45KT20/274

Chert scraper. 45-KI-8/274 written in black ink on side. 81 and possible crossed out 3 written in pencil on same side below inked writing. Find #274 on the Field Catalog Form indicates the provenience as: Unit 3S3, Level 3, 33" (d), Comments: "AF-81." Block card reads: Features: Grass layer about 30 inches below 4S2. Extending a few inches into block and then dropping sharply to lower block. Artifacts: One chert scraper #81; one piece of basketry #89, one piece of reed cordage #92, one piece of knotted cedar bark #108; one piece of cordage #83. Comments: Mostly consisted of steril (?) dung. Field Book no. 1 reads: Surface D: 19" at 3S4 33" below datum. Location: 33 " from 4S3. 67" from 4S2. Remarks: Found in dung level just above grass layer. (S. Chappel and Pan Yi, 1/21/2010)
