Lattice twined weaving with a scalloped border formed by some triple strand weft stitches. Dark scalloped edge and centre with orange and turquoise diagonal striped bands around each and a floral band of orange, red, purple, and green in the middle region of the mat.
Bowl is in the shape of a seal and has painted images on its sides. The left side has fish shape with an animal head and plant motif near the tail. The right side has two fish, one larger fish chasing a smaller fish. The entire bowl has a thin black outline.

In the centre is a raven motif in profile with open beak, tongue visible, wings and legs spread. The tail appears unfinished.
