Mouth has two teeth on top jaw; forehead decorations are four round bumps in a horizontal line across. Painted decorations in red and black: vertical red lines outlined in black on forehead; ears, lips, and chin are solid red with black border; on cheeks, wavy red lines outlined in black; red on nose; straight black lines to right and left of chin from edge to lips; eyes are outlined in black. A round hole is in the middle of the forehead.
