Area of rotted wood near centre, extending to the underside of the plank. Underside covered in uniform chisel marks, patches of black discolouration and longitudinal gouges.
Single sheet of calligraphy. The text is on a diagonal, in large and small writing, surrounded by brown background that follows the shape of the writing all on a gold background. This is framed by a dark blue border with a gold floral pattern. A dark blue triangle with writing and a floral motif appears in the upper right corner of the border. Two white-brownish bands with gold floral patterns appear beside the sides of the previous blue border. On the other side of these, an orange, brown, and gold strip appears. Writing appears above the image. On the reverse side, there is writing and a translation of the image.

This is surrounded by multiple frames in black, bronze, red, and blue, and gold. A red border appears closer to the edges of the paper support. Small writing appears in lower left corner on the front cover. Written comment also appears on the front cover. More writing appears on the back cover.
