One side has a v-shape with three upper projections outlined with an inner border that is pink along the top and silver along the bottom while the outer border is green. The other side has the same design but with an inner border that is silver and an outer border that is pink. The middle flap has a design with an inner border that is silver and an outer border that is dark blue.

Red and black cherry bark; vertical strips flanked by upper and lower rows of beading in red cherry bark.

Vertical "cluster of flies" patterns.
