A tuft of off-white and brown feathers, some of which are painted blue at the tips, are attached to a wooden stick with blue string and adhesive fabric tape that has been painted blue (b), and the tuft fits into a hole in the top of the mask.

Two bunches of grey, brown and white feathers secured to two wooden sticks with blue string and adhesive white fabric tape (b and c) fit into two holes in the forehead.
