A long rectangular cedar plank with faded Northwest Coast designs imprinted in the surface of the wood. Plank is dark red-black overall, with black faded designs. The plank is darker near the top. Has a large longitudinal split at the bottom. Rectangular indention on back near top. Long and thin indentation near the base on the front. Small rectangular indentation near the top on the front.
Cylindrical maul with two recessed bands, one a centre and one at top. Central band does not go all the way around the maul, instead breaking for flat area that prevents the maul from rolling.
Dark brown cylindrical basket with four evenly spaced black bands; each band is framed by two thin lines. Top portion of basket is undecorated. Two thin, pliable handles; one on each side.
Hollow, curved section of yellow-brown horn with a stick-like wooden stopper at the pointed end and a wooden plug affixed with metal rivets blocking the large end. A braided srting strap with tassels runs from the stopper to the centre of the plug.
Cedar bark belt consisting of five braided sections tied together with fine cedar twine. The design alternates with undyed and dyed sections. The dyed are red and green strips braided together. Both ends are unbraided and frayed.
Fish trap comprised of two conical components, one short inside the longer, made of wood sticks lashed to wood rings descending in size. Third smaller cone with closed end.
Costume made of cedar bark woven in a checker weave design. Edges are finished with smaller warps; wefts are left as a fringe. Red-brown in colour. Cape-like construction with two layers. Two panels of material hang down the front of the chest on either side of the neck with a twined cord tie attached on each side; a square, cape-like panel hangs down the back with a short cedar fringe along the bottom.
Tall square bentwood box with black and red painted Northwest Coast stylized distributive designs. The front and back have complex designs; the sides have two sets of thinly outlined black ovoids. The box is pegged together at the side seam and on the bottom. Base is split and joined with nails. There is no lid.
Oblong basket made of birch bark--corners sewn with root or wood strips. Rim is wound with thin strips of root (?) and interlaced with fibre. A design has been scratched onto the sides, revealing a lighter shade of bark; exterior design is geometric with a linear triangle pattern covering all four sides.
Four sections of a repeating green and red root border on rim; green root has been laid over lighter sections. The birch bark body of the basket is bent and laced with root; rim is overcast; exterior of bark is to the outside.
