Knotted net bag of nettle fibre--decreases in diameter toward the bottom. Top edge attached to twisted cedar rope. This rope is attached on two sides to a wooden loop made by bending a twig and lashing the ends together. (These were probably attached to sticks as a means of suspending the net.)

Wedge-shaped blade of dark, coarse stone. Deep groove and knob along top face toward the butt end (to hold lashings securely). Lashed with hide strip to a carved wood hafting platform from which an acutely angled branch provides a handle.

Brown birch bark basket with an oval-shaped top and a rectangular bottom. Bark is bent and laced into place, with birch twine around the rim overcast with thin strips of root; decorative bands of beading are featured along the rim in four spots. Geometric and linear patterns are scratched onto the exterior sides, revealing a lighter shade of bark.

The cloth is rectangular with designs covering the entire surface in dark red-brown, brown and black on a natural off-white background. On one side there are squares outlined in black and filled in with large black double triangles and patterned brown backgrounds. The other side shows the exact same designs but painted only in brown on the natural background.
