WhistleA4030

Brown double reed whistle that is oval in cross section and bound in near the middle with yellow and green twine. While the wider end is solid, there are two hollows through the smaller end. A crescent hole is at either side near the opposite wider end with one hole being smaller and closer to the wider end while the other hole is larger and closer to the middle.

Brown wood rattle consisting of two rounded pieces put together, each with a semi-cylindrical handle, creating a full rounded oval rattle. Along either sides of each piece, there is a hole to bind the two pieces together with cedar bark. Pieces are also bound together at the top with cedar bark. Handle is bound with brown string. Designs consisting of a large human face painted on both sides and carved with a projecting beak nose that is decorated with cedar bark bound with string. Both faces have circular black pupils outlined by a plain carved tapering oval surrounded by a dark blue area with black brows above and a pair of red and dark blue split u forms above. The mouths are outlined by black with red lips with one face having a black goatee.

Wooden stick with long rounded shaft, tapered with slightly rounded ends. Just above the shortest tapered end is a carved crouching human figure. The shaft is slightly curved.

RattleA4028

Brown wood rattle consisting of two rounded pieces put together, each with a semi-cylindrical handle, creating a full rounded oval rattle. Along either sides of each piece, there are two holes to bind the two pieces together with white string. Pieces are also bound together at the top with white string. Handle is bound with brown string. Designs consisting of a face on both side, one carved and the other in pencil. The carved face has a circle in oval eye, a downward pointing triangular nose, and a horizontal double oval mouth from which three diagonal bands angle upward at either side. Eyebrows are pencilled in as are the split u's at either outer sides of the eyes. The pencilled face has tapering oval in double ovoid eyes with brows above, an oblong shape along the cheeks, and an open mouth with fourteen teeth and a tongue sticking out.

Carved and painted face (part a). The black eyes are surrounded by a dark green area with black brows above. The face is white with a red mouth and black moustache. The cheeks are painted with a black outline of a crescent shape that follows the contours of the cheeks. There is a separate set of lips (part b) to be fitted on the face. This set of lips (part b) is an open mouth with red inner lips outlined with dark green.

Large white cotton dance screen with black design. The screen is made from three pieces of fabric sewn together. The design is a thunderbird motif in profile with wings and claws extended. There is a bear-like figure on the torso. There are blue and red stamps near the bottom left edge.

Wolf headdress, or mask. The mask is painted with black eyebrows, grey around the eyes, a red and white design beside the eyes, a black and white snout, red nostrils and lips, and white teeth. Elongated snout that dips downwards just before the brow, prominent nostrils, and an open mouth with bared teeth. It has cardboard for the ears, under the lower jaw and on the crown. Branch frame at base on reverse and knotted cord attached at top reverse.
