Cylindrical basket (a) with flat, fitted lid (b); lid has a small, knob-like handle in the centre. Bottom twined; body and lid are wrapped twined; reinforced cedar hoop rim. Cedar warp with outer weft in grass (xerophyllum tenax). Bottom and inner fixed weft are sedge fibre. Designs on body of basket include thin bands of continuous rings of assorted colours and representations of people in canoes and ducks. The lid is decorated with ducks and rings of assorted colours. Exterior is faded; inside colours include; turquoise, brown, black, red, yellow and orange.

Beadwork has white beaded background with floral design in blues, greens, yellow, clear, pink and reds; design depicts five flowers joined together by blue stems. Cloth pouch-pocket with beaded design; oval with tapered top ending in a point. Half circle pocket in lower portion, edged in green and yellow beads. Upper portion is black velvet with clear and green beaded floral design. Lower portion has clear beaded background, yellow beaded outline and black, green, yellow and orange beaded diamond in centre. Back covered in faded purple cloth, edged with purple ribbon. Inside pocket is lined with newsprint type paper on one side.

Basket's sides are encircled by a crisscrossing pattern of white quillwork. Lid features a large red quillwork maple leaf.

Part (a) Urn shaped coiled cedar basket (bifurcated stitches) with flanged lid, part (b) with handles. Watch-spring base construction. Lid has single loop rim on outer edge and double raised handle at center. Four imbricated vertical bands with mirror image triangles and center line. Bands alternate between yellow cherry bark outline with dark cherry bark centers, and dark cherry bark outlines and cat-tail grass (?) centers. Tip of motif is continued on lid.

Cylindrical, coiled basket (part a) with a lid (part b). Slat bottom for the sides and the lid. Imbricated and beaded designs in wild cherry bark. Basket body (part a) has four sets of imbricated step designs and lower edge of the lid (part b) also has a step design around the circumference. Top and lower edge of the lid (part b) have a beaded stripe pattern and upper edge of the basket (part a) has a single beaded band. Raised bottleneck mouth. Some pencil scribblings.
