Artifact was originally labelled as worked bone on the 1980 artifact card, but has since been so fragmented that it is impossible to tell. Excavated by J.N. Leavitt et al on 6/31/80 and labelled as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. M. Herkelrath 11/12/03
One fragment is very small; the other is larger. Both are broken on all edges, and the larger one is grooved on the interior surface. Dimensions are given for the larger. Excavated by J.N. Leavitt et al on 6/31/80 and identified as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. M. Herkelrath 11/12/03
Bone fragment is broken but rounded on all edges, possibly from a flat bone. Excavated by Leavitt et al on 6/31/80 and identified as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. M. Herkelrath 8/28/80
Bone fragment is smooth and worn on all surfaces. The bone has been painted with a clear substance and labelled "45KI53 6N20W 727" in black ink. Excavated by Brewer and Bogosh on 6/18/80 and identified as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. M. Herkelrath 11/20/03
Bone fragment looks like it's been ground or shaped on several surfaces. The exterior surface has been painted with a clear substance and labelled "45KI53 6N20W 726" in black ink. Excavated by D.J. Brewer and Bogosh on 6/18/80 and identified as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. M. Herkelrath 11/26/03
Bone fragment is roughly rectangular in shape, and several edges have either been worn down or ground. One surface is painted with a clear substance and labelled "45KI53 6N19W 725" in black ink. Artifact was excavated by Brewer and Bogosh on 6/18/80 and identified as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. Note: the artifact card designates the artifact as 45KI53/6N20W/725 even though the writing on the artifact identifies it as 6W19W. The value on the artifact itself was used. M. Herkelrath 11/26/03
Three fragments of cylindrically-shaped bone, with the edges showing evidence of being ground. Artifacts were excavated by Berry on 6/29/80, and labelled as "worked bone" on 8/28/80. M. Herkelrath 11/12/03
Both bone fragments are extremely small: one is cylindrically shaped (with a wide base) while the other is square. The cylindrically-shaped fragment has some darkening on the surface. The exterior surface of the larger fragment has been shaped and polished. Dimensions are given for the larger (cylindrically-shaped) fragment. M. Herkelrath 11/12/03
