THE SIMPLEST FORMS ARE IN PLAIN, RECTANGULAR WEAVING; THE FINER TYPES ARE IN TWINED WEAVING, IN WHICH THE WARP FILAMENTS ARE SINGLE, THE WEFT FILAMENTS DOUBLE, TWINED, AND OVERLAID WITH GRASS."
Appears to be a carved wooden version of a three-legged cast iron bellied kettle or cook pot with two 7-shaped handle ears. As of 2012, one of the three legs is missing.
