Mask most likely depicting Murtu Sanniya (which represents swooning and fainting spells), but it could also be Kana Sanni (which represents blindness). The face is painted brown, the eyes have black pupils with drooping white eyelids outlined in red and black, the eyebrows are high arches, and there is an indentation between the eyes. There are crescent-shaped slits below the eyes, the nose has red nostrils, and the lips are also painted red. There is a hole on either side at the temples through which is threaded a white fabric strap. Label reads: "(Most probably) MURTU SANNI: swooning & fainting spells; but could be KANA: blindness" in typed letters, and "21" is written in the bottom corner of the label.

Human face possibly representing Vedda Sanniya (the bubonic plague). The face is painted pink overall with black hair and a moustache, red lips, and an orange line on the chin. The mask has a short convex nose, a wide mouth, tear-drop shaped eyes with eye holes beneath them and yellow-white eyeballs and teeth. The eyes, nose, mouth and nostrils are enhanced with red and black lines. The reverse of the mask is painted black, and a label on the reverse reads "(Possibly) Vedda Sanni: bubonic plague. 30". Plant fibre ? string is secured through holes on either side of the mask.

Mask possibly depicting Pita Sanniya (which represents bile) with eyes that have white sclerae, black pupils, and are outlined in red. The eyebrows are black, red, and yellow and there is a plume-like, yellow motif with small vertical stripe between eyes and there are crescent-shaped slits beneath the eyes. The mask also has a big nose with red nostrils and a large open mouth with thick red lips and white teeth outlined in black. A black moustache curls upwards at the sides. Plant fibre twine is attached through a hole on either side of the mask. Label on reverse at top reads, "(Possibly) Pita Sanni: bile" in typed letters, and "23" in pencil.

Mask depicting a dark red-brown humanoid face with bulbous red-rimmed eyes, a large nose with flaring nostrils, a small red mouth, a thick black beard, and a thin black moustache. There are yellow markings on the chin, over the bridge of the nose, on the nostrils, on the eyebrows and on the forehead. Slots are cut into either side of head, possibly for detachable ears. The figure is wearing a brown-yellow turban with a border of black triangles and incised red lines.

Mask depicting Kora Sanniya (who represents lameness) with a distorted humanoid face that has crooked eyes, a curving nose, and a crooked mouth. The eyebrows and moustache are black, the eyes are bulging with a crescent-shaped slit under each, the lips and tongue are red, and the teeth are white bordered by black. A strand of twine is tied to one of two holes at the sides of the mask. A label on the reverse reads, "KORA SANNI: Lameness," in typewritten characters and "22" handwritten in blue ink. Another label underneath the top label reads, "Kora."

Mask depicting Devi Sanniya (which represents smallpox, cholera, typhoid, and all epidemic diseases). The face is female with a small green crown outlined with closely spaced white dots as well as thin black lines, and there are three small lobes at the top centre of the crown. The face has been painted yellow with thin black eyebrows, a nose with flaring red nostrils, and closed red lips. Cotton and plant fibre strips are knotted through holes on either temple. The label on the reverse reads, "DEVI SANNI: smallpos [sic], cholora [sic], typhoid, all epidemic diseases" and has "17" written at the bottom centre of the label.

Mask depicting Naga Sanniya (who represents bad dreams associated with snakes) with a dark pink face that has wide open eyes, each with a crescent-shaped slit underneath, a narrow bent nose with flared nostrils, arched black eyebrows, a small black moustache, and thin red lips open in a grin that exposes the teeth and outward curving fangs. The headdress resembles a turban in cobra form with the head protruding from the centre top of the mask and the tail wrapping around its body and ending between the eyes. The reverse has a label reading, "Naga - bad dreams conn. with snakes."

Mask representing a male humanoid face with movable eyeballs, ovoid in shape, that are wired into open sockets. Nose with rounded tip and flared nostrils. Very wide mouth extending to small ears. Hinged lower jaw with a protruding lower lip. Grey string beard and moustache. Black cloth behind mouth opening. The Mask is pink with black lines on the forehead, and red and white lines on the brows, cheeks, and nostrils. The bridge and tip of the nose are painted yellow.

Mask depicting a light greyish pink humanoid face with a raised brow ridge that shows the remains of painted black eyebrows, eyes that slant inwards under thick lids, a curved nose with small notstrils, a small mouth, and a protruding chin. There are two crescent-shaped holes, one under each eye, and two holes at the edge of the mask on either side. Twine made of plant fibre runs between the holes, and another length of twine is nailed to the mask at the top centre on the reverse side.
