Bronze hook for hanging and bronze rim. Six characters in red and gold lacquer on gourd handle; grass is held together by two coiled bands of string.

Seated Buddha on lotus pedestal in meditation; halo is carved elaborately; case has five lines of calligraphy and gilded in the interior; exterior has hinges with floral designs and double hinged doors. Buddha, case, pedestal, and halo are separate pieces.

Gong-bowl shaped with rows of bosses (part a). Stick (part b) has a red handle with white leather sewn on end. Cushion (part c) is red and white fabric with lotus patterns.

Circular band of brown wooden beads with three smaller orange glass beads and one large faceted clear; a braided brown cord with two pompoms is attached to the clear bead.

Jar like vessel with spout on one side, a long neck and rounded base. Geometric designs are incised on grey surface.

Hollow bust of Jomon female figurine with a wide face, broad neck, raised shoulders and breast. The eyes are large ovals with slits. (Part b is a wooden stand, in storage.)

Large bulbous jar with wide mouth, very porous red clay.

Helmet with flat rim and domed crown. The helmet is coated in black lacquer with a gold floral crest design. A cushion is attached on the inside of the crown with padded straps extending down from it, and these are covered in blue fabric.
