Stylized image cross-cut behind by a wide diagonal, shaded band. Image is bilaterally symmetrical. At the top, there are profile bird heads with hooked beaks, open mouths, and a circle at the beak and along the central join. Eyes are ovoids with u section out from the eyes. Central portion of the image has a series of discontinuous circles within circles with a split u underneath. Ribbon-like bands tapering to points and extending out to the edges. At the bottom of the image, there is a face with discontinuous ovoids in ovoid eyes and a circle at the nose and the forehead. Mouth is split u's in u's to side with diagonally lined u section to the outside. Limb to outside has ribbon-like tendrils on lower part, paw or hand, 2 'clawed', diagonally lined circle at palm, circles, and u and split-u details. Below the face, there are three curved,bands tapering to a point with elongated split in all, two to outside have two u's to the end, one is diagonally lined with a small circle near the point. Inscription in pencil up from the bottom on the right reads 'L. Wilson '84'. The drawing is on a vertically rectangular, deckle edged, or torn, light grey paper stock.

Central image in a shaded rectangle with a border of decorated circles. Central image is a discontinuous ovoid in a series of ovoids with a circle at the centre, and is alternating shaded and unshaded. From the top right side and the bottom left side, there are nearly matching u forms split at the inside, then lined diagonally, and then with the top only having an ovoid in the outer band. Thirty-two evenly spaced, decorated, matched circles outline the central image. Decoration consists of a profile bird head with a hooked beak and three apostrophe-like sweeping appendages on a diagonally lined ground. Circles on the borders. Five across the top have alternating profile views of a bird with a hooked beak, an eye at the body centre, and tapering bands indicating wings and tail feathers on a diagonally lined ground. Five across the bottom are alternating mirror-images with a central ovoid eye, a split-u in the u form above with an elongated ovoid, a small circle, and two tendrils with a fish-like face that has a circular eye and an open mouth below. Detail in split u and eyes is crosshatched. Background is diagonally lined with a scalloped inner edge of border. Narrower side borders have four rows of two floral decorated circles, a larger circle with an ovoid with two u forms (mirror each side), three rows of two floral decorations, repeat of larger circle (mirrored), three rows of two floral decorations, and larger (mirrored) four rows of two floral decorations. Diagonal lines across ground of each. Pencil inscription along the bottom edge reads 'Buttons Lyle Wilson'. The drawing is on a vertically rectangular, grey paper piece.

When Worlds CollideNb3.1393

Series of design units. At the top right, there is a black and white banded ovoid with a u-shape extending on the top right side and the lower left side. U forms have black band to the outside, a second band has diagonal lines across, and a split u at the ovoid. Below and to the left, there is a second unit as the first except it has a scratched appearance and is broken where the u form and the ovoid join. Third unit is below and to the right and is further scratched and divided. Across the bottom, there are disconnected and very scratched segments of the same design. Below the image, there is a written pencil inscription which reads: 18/30 "When Worlds Collide" Lyle Wilson 3/13/79. The print is on vertically rectangular, white deckle edged paper with the bottom left edge cut on an angle. Framed.

Frolicking WhaleNb3.1392

Black and very dark grey stylized image with twelve variously and brightly coloured (in rainbow sequence) bands sweeping across the top from the left in an expanding arch, each band having branch-like projections towards the end. The image below is in two parts, coming together at the centre top. On the left, there is an ovoid profile face on an angle with crosshatching around the eye, a semi-circle 'spout' from which multi-coloured bands extend, an ovoid nose, even teeth rows with prominent canines, and above and below the head, there are u forms in bent u form. Centre u form has diagonal lines across, closest to head is split, outer is dark grey, the top is slightly bent, with a small circle at the end, bottom ends in sharp point with a circle just before. Right side has an ovoid frontal face on an angle with two diagonally striped u forms in split u, beside the band above the ovoid tapering to a point at the top. Below the face, there is a hand with diagonal striping between the digits and the crosshatched ovoid palm. Written pencil inscription across bottom reads '15/47 Frolicking Whale Lyle Wilson '81'. The print is on a vertically rectangular, light white-brown deckle edged paper piece.

'Black and white' stylized bird image composed of shapes intersected by lines dividing each shape into alternating black and white segments. The head is in profile, the top left is circles within circles, and the hooked beak is on the right. Segmented wing below with circles within a circle at the bottom left. Image is in black outlined rectangle with outlining wider on the left than on the right. Wide black band at the top contains a blue stylized bird which has a profile head facing to the left side, having outstretched wings indicated by four sweeping lines, and three segment tail at the centre to the bottom. Viewed from the side, the word 'art' can be seen in the positive and negative image ? Black band at the bottom contains a red stylized bird which has a profile head facing to the right side, but otherwise the same as the top. Complex stylized black images in a roughly rectangular shape. Central frontal figure is bilaterally symmetrical black on white and white on black opposing on each side. Skull shaped head with tapering oval eyes with split u's above, ovoid nostrils, and ovoids with ovoid mouth. Eye shapes in hands by chin, circular knees, split, elongated u forms on either side, and eye shapes in splayed feet. On the left side at the top of the figure in black on white, there is a hooked beaked, profile bird head with face in ovoid eye and wing/tail shape above. Below, there is frontal figure with a series of split u's across the crown, raised hands, upside down head for torso, and crosshatched skirt-like tassels between legs. On the right of the figure in white on black, there is a bird-human at the top with a fetal-like head and body in crouch. Below, there is a whale with curved bands from the spout, even, closed teeth, and a series of ovoids along the elongated body and the fluked tail at the top. On the outside edges, there are four figures. The bottom two are upside down with feet merging with the two top figures. Each has a skull-like head, bent arms, round knees with elongated u forms for the leg sections, and one foot in profile to the outside. Inside shares ovoid with opposing figure. Across the top and the bottom, there is a serpent-like image and the bottom is upside down. Head on the left at the top and right on the bottom. Central frontal figure with a series of eye shapes. Written pencil inscription across bottom reads '10/50 Shaman's World Lyle Wilson '80.' The print is on a vertically rectangular, white deckle edged paper piece.

Central face has an ovoid head, round eyes, eyebrows, and a downward turned band for the mouth.
