Rectangular wall hanging in plain weave with design in discontinuous weft. The weft is lightly spun and the warp is machine spun. The design consists of four horizontal abstract swallows with outstretched wings represented by chevron shapes with yellow tops and dark brown bottoms, and the swallow design is on an off-white ground. The wall hanging has an interlooped finish on one of the longer sides with overhand loops on the opposite side. Blue 'Salish Weaving' tag sewn to back.

Small patterned weaving with knotted white loops along the lower edge. Columns of designs spaced across entire surface of hanging. Central pattern is alternating diamonds and rectangles with triangles cutouts on either end; done in orange. Columns of yellow and dark brown arrowheads on either side of orange column; arrowheads alternate between pointing inward and outward. Space in between hanging edge and columns of dark brown arrowheads is white. A cloth band is stitched to the back upper edge to hold down the short knotted loops. Blue "Salish Weaving" tag stitched to bottom left corner on back. Additional paper tag, in a plastic bag, is tied onto the bottom left corner.
