Dress3048/40

Red and plaid flared dress with puff sleeves. The bodice of the dress is long and form-fitting with a lined upper section in white cotton fabric. The skirt is made from red, yellow and green plaid with thinner stripes of black and white and flares outward dramatically. The back of the skirt is longer than the front. The interior of the skirt is lined with thick red mesh. The puffed sleeves are made from red mesh with two stripes, one thick and the other thin, of the same plaid fabric on either sleeve at the bottom hem. The back of the dress fastens with a long metal zipper and a single metal hook and fabric eye at the top of the bodice. Attached to the top section of the interior lining of the bodice are two white elastic loops for hanging.

Small cream-coloured, "jusi" fabric blouse with embroidered decoration. The blouse has short sleeves with folded cuffs, embroidered with a vine and flower design in white thread. The front of the blouse is similarly embroidered with twisted vines, small leaves and flowers, with small sections of holes scattered throughout the pattern. The front of the blouse is decorated with four groupings of three pearlescent, plastic buttons. The back of the blouse fastens with five metal snaps and a metal hook at the top of the back edge of the collar.

The front the blouse is decorated with floral design embroidery in white thread. The design is twisted vines with small leaves and flowers with small sections of holes scattered throughout the pattern, especially inside the larger flower designs. The blouse front also has four groupings of three pearlescent, plastic buttons each. The back of the blouse fastens with five metal snaps and a metal hook at the top of the back edge of the collar.
