Similar design on lid. Lid has black circular motif in center. Base: plaited origin and plain twining over wide warp strands. Sides are twisted twined work. Slightly indented flange around upper rim of basket holds lid in place.

Central decoration; slanted rectangular bands of purple with orange rectangles in each. Lid: orange border and same central band as basket, with inner strip of turquoise at origin. Base: centre is plaited; plain twined weaving (over several warp strands). Sides: twisted twined work. Lid has flange to hold it in place.
