Stringed instrument (part a) and bow (part b). Instrument body is made from a gourd; the neck and fret are made of wood and plastic inserts. The gourd has two f-holes above the bridge. There are four tuning pegs below the scroll. The wooden bow has a short tip at one end, and a handle at the other. The bow appears to be strung with hide?

Runner figure. Male figure (part a) wears knee-length black tunic. The runner's left knee is bent, and he holds a small bowl in his left hand. Arms move at the shoulder, and legs at the hip. The wooden base (part b) has leather footholds and has a leaf-like design on the top.

Shinje Taita or Father Sun dancer figure. Male figure (part a) wears long grey tunic, beige pants and shoulder wrap, and blue wrap across the opposite shoulder. The figure wears a red mask with black eyebrows, and prominent pursed lips. Headband across top of mask alternates yellow and green squares, and has several feathers protruding upwards from. Figure wears beaded necklace, alternating from red seeds to long wooden canine teeth. Figure holds a red spear in his left hand (part c), and a yellow bell (part d) in his right. Arms move at the shoulder, and legs at the hip. The wooden base (part b) with two leather footholds.

The wooden platform (part a) is rectangular in shape with sixteen leather loops for holding the figures in place by their feet. At the front is a wooden pillory held up by four tall posts. There is a large head-hole at centre flanked by two smaller arm-holes between the two hinged horizontal beams (part b) of the pillory. Eight male figures (parts c-l) are dressed in black tunics with off-white ties at waist. Injured figure (part c) is depicted with a bruised and bloodied left eye and swollen and bloody left arm. Very large 'Tree of Life' sculpture made from clay in the shape of a densely branched tree with a thick trunk. Branches are unpainted, remaining an orange raw clay colour, while decorations are coloured using a wide variety of bright paints. Daisy flowers, leaves, and seeds are attached by metal pins planted into the clay. Among this dense foliage are small birds, the figures of Adam and Eve, angels, moon and sun, and god at top in front of a starry and cherub filled background. A large flower sits at centre of tree, with a spotted serpent wrapped around one petal. Back of tree is covered with the reddish slip but is undecorated.
