Mask depicting a humanoid face that is painted brown with a black hat, large protruding ears (the left ear is part b, and the right is part c) bulging black eyes with red rims as well as a crescent-shaped slit under each, a curved nose with large nostrils, a black moustache with upturned tips, and a small mouth with upturned red lips. The hat has two incised lines on both the top and bottom, a hole at the top centre, and has the numbers "5975" incised into the centre. There is a hole below each ear.

Mask depicting Maha Sohona (a major devil with the head of a bear), also known as Valas Paliya (the bear apparition). The mask has a rounded snout with large nostrils, protruding eyes with black pupils each surrounded by a ring of red and with a hole under each as well as between the eyes. The mouth has red lips and jagged white teeth with a long tongue that protrudes out the front of the mouth and curls back under the chin. There are two small ears at the sides of the head, and the top of the head has an arched crest, below which is another crest with three ponts and incised vertical lines. There are two small protrusions at either side of the jaw, each with vertical incised lines. Label across inside above eyes reads, "MAHA SOHONA: Major Devil with Head of Bear. Also called Valas Paliya or Bear Apparition."

Mask of male face representing Maru Sanniya, the deamon of death, and also Riri Yaka, the deamon of blood. The face has protruding eyes, thick red lips, large white teeth and fangs, a moustache, and a long, pointed beard. The nose is slightly squared, and the face is painted black overall with white used to outline wrinkles on the forehead, and to highlight the nose, cheeks and eye sockets. Crescent shaped openings are located at the lower rims of the eye sockets. A cord is threaded through two holes either side of the mask, and one in the forehead.

Mask Depicting Naga Kanya (who is the serpent virgin, a semi-human female serpent water spirit) with a pink face and a headdress formed by a large cobra head with its hood extended and three smaller cobra heads at the front and sides of the forehead. The face has thin black eyebrows, downward looking protruding eyes each with a crescent-shaped hole underneath, a pointed nose, elongated ears, and small red lips. The cobras are painted in different shades of grey and the scales are represented by overall cross-hatched black lines. Secondary colours detailing the features are white, red and black.

Mask depicting a bird figure: the central head segment (a) has a pink and red beak, large bulging eyes, eyebrows with a petal motif in red, yellow, green, white and black, a scaled pattern in red, yellow, white, pink, grey and black on the face, and a headdress composed of three cobras with their hoods extended; the earpieces (b and c) are two cobras, each with their heads extended upwards and their tails wrapped around a dish-shaped disc that has a flower design.

Mask depicting a humanoid face painted with glossy enamel in a medium yellow with orange, red, black, white and green lines decorating the face. There are crescent-shaped slits under each eye. Ears painted same colours as face, also decorated with lines. The beard and sideburns are of grey wool. Two upper teeth are loosely attached to the upper lip, and a hinged lower jaw is made of wire covered in red fabric. A label on the reverse reads, "Tabele Paliya."

Mask depicting a creature with an orange face that has projecting brows, protruding eyes, a straight nose with a curved tip and large nostrils, and a large mouth with wide red lips that show off white teeth and curving fangs. The figure is wearing a tall headdress that is curved at the top and has a three-tiered low relief design at the centre, as well as a linear design parallel to the edge in red, white, blue , green and yellow. A label on the reverse at the top reads, "Poruaka" handwritten in blue ink.

Light red face has wide nose; white staring eyes with red irises; black moustache and beard, eyebrows. Teardrop shape outlined in black on each cheek. Wide red mouth, white teeth, small fangs. Black hair, side on right chipped; kendit under each ear. Red, conical mahkota has gold jamang, badong; gold karawista has green, red, white horizontal stripes. Small gold sumping has white, black, red green arrow shapes pointing to ear. Also, feather like extensions top and bottom. Green Garuda Mungkur has white tooth, eyes, red utah-utah. Light red body has rounded belly, incised chest, black navel, nipples. Light green kain has plaid drawstring. Light red arms have ornaments at biceps and wrists. Pencil mark on wrist at left: 'Batm aka'. Hands point backward and down when arms in natural position. Chipped paint on face, arms and hands. Operating rod unpainted, spear shaped; fits through body, turns head.

Humanoid figure puppet in three parts: head (part b), body (part a), pointed controlling rod (part c), and slender spherical controlling rod. Face, ears coloured blue; hooked nose, bulging white eyeballs with red irises, heavy black moustache. Red lips, protruding white teeth, no fangs. Red teardrop shape outlined in black on each cheek. Headdress has gold jamang, sumping, badong, and siyung jawi, with light red flower and green leaf motifs. Badong has two prongs; siyung jawi has yellow stripe at base. Gold, yellow and red Garuda Mungkur has red flower motifs, green leaves, white fang. Gold body has red, blue striped yoke, front and back. Gold arms have blue, yellow, red ornaments at bicep, wrist. One small nail on each shoulder, one centre chest. Kain has brown diagonal batik design. Operating rod unpainted, spear-shaped; fits through body, turns head. Body has white label: 'Suyadana Ondste ud Pandawa.' also black pen mark: 'I.S.J.D.N.'. Chipped paint on face, body, arms.

Humanoid figure in three parts: body (part b), head (part b), and single controlling rod (part c). Face flesh coloured, with snout-like nose, small eyes with red irises, black moustache, and small beard. Red lips drawn back, small white teeth visible. Gelung headdress has gold jamang; gold sumping has red upper, lower surfaces, extends behind head; ornaments (sumping) behind ears have horizontal stripes in red, white. Black hair forms bump at back of head. Body unpainted; slender with narrow waist. Arms unpainted, red bracelets; hands at right angle to arms; hand on left resembles paw, hand on right has long fingers, thumb curled under palm. String joining upper arm on right to shoulder; broken. Cord holds arm into coat at elbow. Puppet wears long black fitted coat with white collar. Light brown sarong has medium brown and blue floral batik design, purple stitching; many holes, tear at front hem. Controlling rod unpainted, spear-shaped; fits through body, turns head.
