Ceramic ritxoko doll. Figure has two thick legs above tiny feet, a long torso and chest, and a small face with thick heavy brown hair high at top and falling down the back and sides past the shoulders. Large orange beads are added to the hair at the sides. A fringe of red and white wool falls from the face, and a plant fibre loin cloth is attached through a hole in the figure at midpoint and by a belt around the waist. Figure is painted with designs in orange and dark brown with triangular motifs.

Ceramic ritxoko doll. Female figure with two sphere-like feet at the base, with the body narrowing as it rises to the head. The face is featureless but for two vertical lines. At midpoint are small, covered breasts. The top shows thick brown hair high on the head and extending down the back. The doll is painted with orange and brown lines, inside which are geometric designs in ‘x’, diamond, and linear shapes.

Ceramic ritxoko doll. Female figure sits cross legged, holding in her lap a small child. The woman has thick brown hair that sits high on her head and flows past her shoulders, and an oblong face with painted features, including orange brows and brown chin tattoo. Her torso and legs are painted with orange and brown lines, including a design of triangles down her stomach. The child’s face is obscured by its hair, and its torso is covered in painted brown lines. Hands are orange. One arm reaches around the waist of the female.

Unfinished gourd dish. Half shell of a dried, unpainted gourd is of a slightly irregular oblong shape, round on bottom, flaring toward lip. Both interior and exterior are undecorated. Several naturally occurring scars and scratches sit on the exterior.

Vessel is painted a shiny black on both interior and exterior, with an incised decoration around the rim of short double lines interspersed by dots. The exterior base is covered by carved flowers and foliage. The decorations are unpainted, and a raw light brown.

Pattern is of sets of concentric triangles facing each other on the long edge, one an unpainted brown and the other containing a large dot in the corner. A strip of scalloped lines sits below, with similar lines spanning the bottom curve of the dish. The decoration is unpainted, and left a raw light brown.

Vessel is painted a shiny black on both interior and exterior, with an incised decoration in a wide strip around the rim showing sets of concentric triangles, alternating points up and down. The bottom is carved in the shape of a stylized butterfly, surrounded by wavy lines. The decorations are unpainted, and left a raw light brown.
